In addition to her extensive event planning expertise, Lani Kingston is an Adjunct Instructor at Portland State University. Since February 2023, she has developed and currently instructs “The Anthropology of Coffee,” a course blending history and anthropology to explore coffee’s global cultural impact from the 6th century onwards. This academic experience enriches our projects, infusing them with a deep understanding of educational cultural narratives and historical contexts.
